    Norwegian Pancakes

  • 2 cups + 1 oz whole milk
  • 7 oz SkiQueen® grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup of plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp of butter
Here is how you do it

Warm the milk and Brunost in a saucepan, stirring until it has melted. Whisk the eggs into the milk blend and pour over the flour and salt mix. Whisk the ingredients to form a batter and leave to sit for around 30 minutes. Cook the pancakes on both sides in a large frying pan with a small amount of melted butter. They are ready when each side turns golden.

Tip: Serve as a dessert with ice cream, whipped cream and sprinklings of SkiQueen®.
