Makes 10-15 waffles
Whisk the eggs, Brunost, flour, sugar and milk together in a large bowl and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Then add the melted butter and bake in a waffle maker, or using a waffle iron, until golden brown. Leave to cool slightly on a wire rack.
Serve warm with thin slices of TINE Brunost of your choice, crème fraiche or sour cream and raspberry jam on top.
