Porridge topped with cottage cheese for extra protein. Top with brunost, dried cranberries and seeds for the perfect breakfast or a filling snack.
Here is how you do it
Bring the water and milk to the boil and sprinkle in the rolled oats. Leave to cook for 5-10 minutes until the porridge reaches the preferred consistency. Season with salt to taste towards the end of the cooking time.
Coarsely grate the brunost and serve the porridge topped with cottage cheese, grated brunost, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and linseeds.
TIP: You can use any type of seeds as a topping for porridge. Try sunflower seeds, chia seeds or hemp seeds.
