  • 100 g double cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Tine Gudbransdalen, cut into pieces.
Here is how you do it

To make Prim, heat up cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Add the Brunost and stir until this is dissolved. Keep in a plastic or glass container in the fridge.
