    Caramel Sauce

  • 100 g TINE Ekte Geitost, grated
  • 100 ml whole milk or double cream
  • 1 tsp golden syrup
Here is how you do it

Gently heat the milk and the syrup in a saucepan and add the TINE Brunost of your choice, stirring until melted through. Continue stirring until the sauce has an even colour and has thickened.

This sauce is best served warm and is a great addition to ice creams and sweet pies.
