Gingerbread is a true Christmas classic. These ones have Brunost in them, which makes for extra tasty gingerbreads.
Recipe makes 40-50 gingerbreads, depending on size.
Melt butter, sugar and syrup on low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add cream and brunost and stir until melted. Mix spices, baking powder and flour. Mix with the liquids until you have a dough. Let it stand somewhere cool for at least 24 hours.
Roll until 3-4mm thick. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 175 degrees for about 10 min.
