Makes around 10 pancakes
Warm the milk and Brunost in a saucepan, stirring until it has melted. Whisk the eggs into the milk blend and pour over the flour and salt mix. Whisk the ingredients to form a batter and leave to sit for around 30 minutes. Cook the pancakes on both sides in a large frying pan with a small amount of melted butter. They are ready when each side turns golden.
Tip: Serve as a dessert with ice cream, whipped cream and sprinklings of TINE Gudbrandsdalen.
