    Fondue

  • 180 g TINE Gudbrandsdalen
  • 200 ml Double cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water

    To dip in fondue

  • Your favourite fruit and/or bread
Here is how you do it

Cut your favourite fruit in squares. This could for instance be apple, strawberry, bananas, peach and/or raspberries. 

Warm up the cream. Add sugar, water and vanilla essence. Melt the sugar. Cut Brunost into squares and melt together with the cream. Let it cool down slightly before serving. If it is too thick, you can add more cream. Add more Brunost and/or let it boil longer to make it thicker.

Cut your favourite fruit in squares (here made with apple, strawberries and banana) and let the guests dip the fruit in the fondue.

Tip: You can also replace the fruit with slices of bread
